Manny Conduah, Pharm.D., J.D. - Principal and Pharmacy Practice Lead
Manny brings a unique breadth of experience, knowledge, and education to the equation. Manny’s pharmacy experience of more than two decades includes dispensing retail pharmacy, hospital pharmacy, drug information center, and pharmacy benefit management (PBM). Manny’s twenty-six years of experience at industry leading PBMs, primarily at Express Scripts, included roles as varied as clinical consultant, account executive, director of account management, and coalition lead consultant. These roles included engagements with small and large employers, health plans, universities, hospitals, and government entities. Additionally, Manny has experience as a solutions and strategy director in the health plan space.
This breadth of experience provides a unique perspective and sensitivity that allows Manny to understand the various components and stakeholders that comprise the pharmacy benefit. Manny also leverages both his clinical pharmacy and legal education to help navigate the complex pharmacy benefit challenges at the corner of pharmacy and law. Whether it is providing guidance on healthcare reform or negotiating a PBM service agreement, Manny has years of experience helping clients meet their PBM objectives.
Manny holds Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees from the University of Minnesota as well as a Juris Doctor from the Georgia State University College of Law. Manny also holds a Certificate in Healthcare Management through the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy and the University of Southern California.
